FAQ's

When can I come in for labs?
We open every day at 8:30 AM and 7:30 AM on Thursdays for Lab draws. We stop drawing labs at 11 am. No appointment is necessary.

It is best if you can drop in 4-7 days before your scheduled appointment to have blood drawn. You will then be able to go over the results with the provider during your visit!

How should I prepare to have my blood drawn?

Please do not eat or drink anything but water after midnight the night before. Please note that you can (and should take!) your pills with water that morning. Have a few extra glasses of water to make sure you are not dehydrated.

How long does it take to get the lab results?
In general, basic labs take 5-7 days for the results to come in. If your provider has ordered more specialized testing it could take up to 7-14 days.

How long does it take to get radiology results?
Results from Radiology can vary greatly depending on where you had the test performed. In general, we receive a report from the radiologist within 4-7 days. The technician might tell you that the results will be sent to us within 2 days. Please note that is rarely the case. Reports cannot be sent to us without them being released by their Radiologist. A provider will review the information and give you a call if follow-up is needed.

How will I find out my results?
We will call you if there is something that needs to be addressed in your labs or radiology. If you don't hear from us, please feel free to email or call us to get a copy.  We can email them, mail them, or fax them to the number of your choice.
